It's update on oil changes and got an alignment when I had the wheel and tie ends replaced
I had a wreck last may which tore up my bumper a bit. The orignal bumper is still on the car but I replaced the hood and both front lights. I replaced both lights because one cracked in the wreck and I couldn't find an exact same as the light that was still fine on my car so I replaced both. The hood is only primed and is black while the car is Silver.
My car has been through hell and back but runs like a tank. I wouldn't get rid of it but I need something bigger. It would be a great fixer upper for both the private and dealer type. Or a junker or a point A to point B car. I take it all over the state since my family is so spread out and it does amazing on the highway. Gas mileage is also excellent in it.
What would you give for it? How much do you estimate a dealer would give?
I got the KBB calcuations and I know they are good guide but sometimes people just make a value of your car by hearing it's stats and that's what I'm wanting. Second, If you looked at Kelly Blue Book, and deducted a good % for the crappy things you told us about your car, then why the freak are you asking us our oppinion when we would be basing on pics and Kelly Blue Book.
Third, On a nicer note, I think that the car sounds reliable, and that it is unfortuneate that you can't keep it, because your not going to get what it is probably really worth, both to you and it's potential.
Sorry if I came accross as a Jerk, but That is how I feel you came accross when you ended your spill about you car. If you know what people are going to say, then just take measures to avoid it, (ie. take a pic, ad it to a site, and give us a link)
I'd offer you $1300, and go up from there... But I wouldn't pay more than $1800. I would use eveything you told me as an excuse for why I couldn't pay more than that. Sorry to be so harsh.
