its the first time I've had to change the rear brake pads on the car since I've got it.DOGE MAN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!.?i just now seen this, the above answers are right you turn those back in like a screw, you can use a pair of pliers to do it with or buy a cheap tool at advance to keep around for doing this, you cant press those in though, hope their ok ,because usually when you try and press them it messes them up,good luck with it.DOGE MAN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!.?have a good one, hope that job turns out ok,good luck.

DOGE MAN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!.?If you clamp them with the C-clamp you can damage the piston. Go to the parts store and ask them for the tool to to adjust (rotate in) the rear caliper pistons. It's around 10-15 bucks last time I checked.DOGE MAN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!.?Don't use a C clamp. It is turn back in like a bolt. There is a special made tool for this job. However, it can be turn back into the cycle with tools in the slots in th face. Use what works best for you.DOGE MAN I NEED YOUR HELP!!!.?those rear caliper pistons turn in they dont push in like the front ones, go to the auto parts store and get the special tool made for turning them in, it's only a few dollars and with the tool you push in as your turning and that will get the piston back into the bore.
