Intro Physics Problems?

Hiya, I'm new here!

So I'm having some problem with these physics problems, I have a lot more, but I don't want to bother you guys with so many problems!! I'm new to physics and I just do not understand these problems. Any help on any problem is really appreciated! These are from my review sheet, I have a test on Tuesday and it's killing me not being able to figure out how to solve so many of the problems!

1.) A proton has mass 1.7x10^-27 kg. What is the magnitude of the impulse required in the direction of motion to increase its speed from 0.992c to 0.995c?

2.)

You were driving a car with velocity %26lt;20, 0, 13%26gt; m/s. You quickly turned and braked, and your velocity became %26lt;10, 0, 18%26gt; m/s. The mass of the car was 1100 kg. The maneuver took 5 seconds.

They want these as vectors:

(a) What was the change in the momentum?

(b) What was the impulse that acted on the car?

(c) What was the average net (vector) force acting on the car?

3.)

(a) A runner starts from rest and in 3 s reaches a speed of 10 m/s. If we assume that the speed changed at a constant rate (constant net force), what was the average speed during this 3 s interval?

(b) How far did the runner go in this 3 s interval?

(c) The driver of a car traveling at a speed of 17 m/s slams on the brakes and comes to a stop in 4 s. If we assume that the speed changed at a constant rate (constant net force), what was the average speed during this 4 s interval?

(d) How far did the car go in this 4 s interval?

-I hope I'll get some feedback! Thank you guys for your time!!Intro Physics Problems?Try the questions first. Then ask a question about what you don't understand about the question. Nobody is going to want to answer all those questions for you if they don't know what it is you're struggling with and if you haven't even put any effort into it.
