How often do you need to change?

Your brake pads? How often do you need to change?Generally, they will start squeaking/squealing before they're entirely bad. Its a godawful noise and I'm sure you would hear it IF your brake pads have this %26quot;security%26quot; feature. If you are concerned, take your car to someone you trust and ask them if they can check the brakes for you. If you think it is about time to change your brakes, it's better to be safe than sorry. You could probably take your car pretty much anywhere that has a few mechanics, I'm sure they'd be happy to help. If they try to charge you a fee, ask them what the fee is for. Ultimately, all they should have to do is take off your tire and MAYBE physically disconnect the brakes from the rotors. If that's the case, it is a bit of work, but again, better to know that your brakes were fine (and be told about when you'd need new brakes) than for your brakes to fail. Good luck! How often do you need to change?when they are worn to the sensorsHow often do you need to change?good quistionHow often do you need to change?in 6 month not sureHow often do you need to change? When you're having difficulty stopping and you hear a loud grinding sound every time you touch the brake peddle... thats a good sign your brake pads are gone. How often do you need to change?depends on your driving Style once a year should check them more offen easy just remove tire an dlook at brake pad right side wears faster so checking right front you can know in tenminutes if one need and about to need pads type into search box how to check brake pads knowing how to check knowing when to replace saves you money you need to replace before they run out of pads or start grinding as to how long they last just depends on how you brake could be 10,000 could be 5000 might be 25,000 shoul dcheck them everytime you rotate tires every 3000 miles or so knowing when or how much pad is left easyHow often do you need to change? Most brake pads come equipt with a metal thing that sticks iut further than your brake pad.

Once the brake pad wears down, the metal thing slowly wears down along with the brake pad.

Once you hear a screeching rakeing sound, thats the metal thing sticking out scraping against the rotar telling you that the pad is worn down and is ready to be replaced.
